This training is for yoga teachers who have already completed a 200 hours teacher training programme and wish to learn the nuts and bolts of the Power & Alignment® approach to yoga.
This 100 Hour certification consists of 4 x 25 Hour modules, covering the 4 foundational pillars of Power & Alignment®. This complete immersion allows teachers to teach Power & Alignment® and offer it as a class type. Certified teachers will be listed in a publicly accessible registry and join the growing community of Power & Alignment® practitioners across the world.
Each 25 hour module can be taken as a stand-alone workshop.

Power & Alignment® is a hatha vinyasa yoga practice that draws from our innate strength to create a harmonious relationship with the whole being – mind, heart, breath, body, and community.
A synthesis of heart-opening yoga practices and psychological science, Power & Alignment® goes beyond intelligent sequencing and yoga postural alignment and focuses on developing our well-being. Power & Alignment® incorporates a set of essential components, including an embodied practice through specific alignment principles. These components aim to evoke a mindful and uplifting effect, guiding students towards a “work in.” Through repeated practice, the intention is for practitioners to feel empowered to navigate modern day living with an underlying sense of peace and joy.

Based in Singapore, Jeremy is a yoga teacher, mental well-being practitioner, space holder, and a devoted student of life. An advocate for refining the art of living, he is deeply passionate about health, healing, and happiness. Jeremy is grateful for the many lessons yoga has taught him about himself and the larger questions about living and existentialism. They have inspired tremendous change and growth in his life. Living by the mantra, “Life is not what happens to you, but what you do with this life,” he hopes to inspire others to be an active participant with life.
Before teaching yoga, Jeremy worked in the field of mental health. His elaborate relationship with the mental health and wellness community spans over the past 13 years, from practicing psychology clinically to lecturing and undertaking appointed consultancy work in the field. A firm believer that yoga teachers are at the front-line in modern society’s health and play a huge role in the community, his work has expanded to focus on enhancing well-being through the path of yoga. The ability to share his love for yoga has become one of the greatest gifts life has given him.
Jeremy’s greatest influences are his teachers and mentors. He has trained directly and extensively with some of the most inspiring international teachers, including Jason Crandell, Bo Srey, Fuyuko Sawamura-Toyota, Jillian Pransky and Judith Hanson Lasater, and continues to receive advanced training under their tutelage. Jeremy’s teaching is ever-evolving and reflects an amalgamation of the invaluable knowledge, tools and skills his mentors have provided him.
Jeremy’s purpose in yoga is to curate an experience that has a greater benefit for modern day living off the yoga mat. Informed by yogic wisdom, psychology, anatomy and kinesiology, Jeremy’s classes emphasise an introspective, holistic experience that engages the mind, heart, breath, body, and community through alignment principles.
Focusing on two contemporary practices - Power & Alignment® and Resting Conversation® - his wish is for students to walk out of his class feeling they had a “work in,” feeling empowered to soften their edges and open their hearts so that they can navigate every moment of their lives with an underlying sense of inner peace and joy. This offering, towards greater love and self-awareness and a better relationship with oneself, is a journey he invites you on.
This 25 Hour module provides you with the confidence to offer a practice that befriends the body and explores the edge compassionately. We examine how common yoga postures and transitions have been performed and consider how we can develop a practice that works with the body rather than against it. Featured topics include ways to balance strength and flexibility, decrease repetitive stress issues, and articulate and integrate body parts safely in a variety of yoga postures. This module offers an increased understanding of the architecture of yoga poses and empowers you to look beyond alignment as an absolute and to continually ask “why.”
This 25 Hour module provides you with the knowledge and tools to develop and deliver effective yoga sequences to represent your voice and vision as a teacher and develop your student base. This module focuses on the vinyasa krama of Power & Alignment®. Tune up your teaching and increase your ability to create purposeful and consistent sequences for different types of classes including sessions focussing on body region, peak pose and ability level. Learn to create sequences that tell a coherent and complete story, with a beginning, middle and end.
Our voice is one of the most powerful tools we have as yoga teachers, and it is rarely ever taught and explored in training programmes. This 25 Hour module helps you develop your unique voice and teach from the heart. Learn the Power & Alignment® tools and skills to create a complete class experience that comes from a place of genuine offering, even in times of creative block. Learn to craft meaningful class themes and use voice and language to weave them through vinyasa krama to guide practitioners towards a “work in.” Learn self-care tools and practices as we share our practice from a place of authenticity.
The power of empathic, compassionate and subtle hands-on and hands-off assists can change the experience of both the teacher/assistant and practitioner. This 25 Hour module focuses on the Power & Alignment® philosophy and practice of artful assists: offering grounding and direction. We unpack the philosophy behind this approach and refine skills in observation, demonstration, spatial awareness, hands-on assists, props and verbal cues to provide safe, respectful and effective assists. Learn to care for ourselves as teachers with the fundamental stances that keep our bodies in alignment as we assist.
